Do you have a physical store ?

No, we only have an online store. However, we do offer picking in Montreal. See at checkout the details for picking.

Where is your consulting office ?

Most of the time, we offer remote consultations for our services. On special request, we can offer in-person consultations.

To make your request for a consultation in person, a virtual or telephone consultation would be required in advance to assess the relevance of a physical meeting.

However, all holistic healing sessions are done in person.

What are the payment methods you accept ?

For consultations and coaching, we accept Interac e-Transfer. For our online store, we accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Who are your consultations and cleansings for ?

• To young people and adults who are :

- visionary and consistent : health is a vision, not a project. You can create health for yourself because you are ready to invest time and effort into the process of creating health and be consistent to achieve it.

- motivated : Ready to make changes in their lifestyle.

- autonomous : We do not offer daily follow-ups, following a consultation. We allow a certain time to observe evolution. Generally, 7, 14 or 21 days, depending on the case.

- organized : Recommendations should be applied rigorously according to instructions and not randomly.

- patient : The results are not seen overnight.

• To minors over 14 years of age who have the consent of the person responsible for them.

How should I prepare ?

* If you have booked a holistic healing session, get the recommended items.

* if you have made a remote appointment : 5 min before your appointment, settle in a quiet and comfortable place, then join the virtual meeting by clicking on the link in the confirmation email you received (no download is required).

* If you have made an appointment in person, please join your therapist at the indicated location 5-10 min in advance.

How to proceed with payment ?

Once your appointment is fixed, you must pay the full consultation fee before your appointment is confirmed. 

How do I proceed to postpone my appointment ?

Send us an email. We understand that unforeseen events may be added to a schedule, so we grant the changes at no later than 48 hours before a date. After this period, a fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee is charged.

How do I cancel my appointment ?

Send us an email 48 hours before and your appointment will be cancelled free of charge. After this period, no refund will be issued.
